Real Estate - Beach's in the County

This is a small beach which is partly protected by a seawall and called The Children’s Pool( 850 Coast Boulevard). Also known as Casa, the Children’s Pool originally intended to create a swimming area but could not happen because the sand had filled in much of the area inside the wall. This beach offers panoramic view which itself is very scenic. Not only that, you along with your children and family can enjoy the fun view of the seals and sea lions who are very often on or near the beach. Seal Rock which is a reserve for these marine mammals is just offshore.

The proximity of the Children's Pool is also wonderful as it is within a short walk of the commercial area of the community of La Jolla. Also you can access the Grassy park areas which are at a short distance to the north and south. Several other beaches are also nearby to the Children’s Pool like Wipeout Beach to the south and Shell Beach to the north.

This is a dream place for scuba divers because of the reefs just offshore. But these same reefs can create very strong currents and other hazards, particularly in high surf conditions.
